DIY Nutella gave me a run for my money at first but we finally got there Reverse engineering the ingredient list didn’t work for this one, so I went rogue and found a great combo of hazelnuts, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, avocado oil, and a pinch of salt. Vanilla extract is optional because it does change the texture a little. Top tips: 1) Food process the roasted hazelnuts for longer than you think. Don’t stop until it drips off a spoon. 2) Don’t skip the avocado oil - this is what helped remo
