Northerly winds will bring warmer temperatures to the west coast of Western Australia towards the weekend. Fire dangers will increase through western and southern parts of the state. An approaching trough and cold front will bring showers and possible thunderstorms to coastal areas during Friday. Most areas can expect 1-10 mm, with up to 20mm possible with thunderstorms in the south-west corner of WA.
