Three ways to make cells! Silicone oil is called a cell additive - you can add a drop or two to your cup of paint mixed with pouring medium to create cells in that color. You can add it to as many colors as you want, but never in the base. Satin Enamels create puttier cloudy looking cells associated with the cloud pour technique.
