Two-Day State-Level PFMS-SNA Sparsh Training for PM SHRI Scheme begins in Itanagar Itanagar, Sept 12: A two-day state-level training program on PFMS-SNA Sparsh under the PM SHRI Scheme begins at DK Convention Centre, Itanagar, from September 11 to 12, 2025. The training was organized by the State Project Director (SPD) Office, Samagra Shiksha/ISSE, Arunachal Pradesh, with the aim of strengthening the implementation and financial management of the PM SHRI Scheme. Participants included Deputy Dire
