Today, I read an article by Shri Prashant Iyengar, son of Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar, where he highlighted how Yoga has been reduced to just a fitness routine, despite its original purpose being far greater. He emphasized that if we equate health solely with physical well-being, we miss out on the vast potential of human existence. This made me reflect on how our obsession with appearance has kept us swimming in the shallow for too long. It’s time to dive deeper and truly explore our potential. #yoga
