#duet with @mixcocktailhour This review is also a PSA, fire and high proof spirits do not mix. 151 proof rum is extremely flammable and should be kept far away from any open flames. I kinda like the move of caramelizing sugar and bitters together inside the glass but the glass should be cooled completely before any other ingredients are added.
