@zinsser The difference between rolling in bin shellac primer for the first coat on grain cabinets and not doing so lies in coverage and adhesion. Rolling the primer allows for deeper penetration into the wood grain, filling pores more effectively and creating a smoother surface. In contrast, applying it without rolling may result in uneven coverage and weaker adhesion, impacting the final finish quality.
